Immersion Outfitters is completely volunteer-led. Our chapter leaders were usually once IO members who stepped up to take the reins of a group themselves. Sometimes, new people hear about us and want to lead, too. Either way, we provide training, development and support, and we invite anyone interested in helping a community of men grow - apply!
